So how useless is it? Is there anyway to make it instant release, like how you do with Oxycontin? Does snorting it absorb better?

Get the outer coating off with a razor. Then there are like three or two colored sections in the pill, I think it's the pink one you want....dont remember.
crush that and parachute it, I've hear several sites saying they also swallow the casing.

yes that drug has no rec value. although when i took my cousins pills for one month it was a very chilled out month. not fun, just chilled out.

Concerta is honestly the only psychoactive drug I've done that I had absolutely nothing good to say about it afterwards. Just don't even bother.

Concerta is very useful at filling up your garbage can.

I was on a very brief trial of it for inattentive adult ADD, and it did nothing at all therapeutically, not even at the maximum 54 mg dose. I can't imagine how someone would use it recreationally. I didn't get ANY benefit from it whatsoever.

I've said this before and I've also previously said people will disagree with me on this but...

I get better results from 72mg Concerta then 30mg Adderall XR. I'm less angry, more happy, and have way less ADHD symptoms.

In terms of abuse, I also like methylphenidate better, way better. More euphoric, less uncomfortable heart-rate (Still fast, but less noticeable), no irritability and less of a harsh comedown.

From what I've heard my opinions and experiences are not common, though I know my own mind and know I'm right about it for at least one person.

P.S. The change from 54mg to 72mg was insane, every issue I was having with the Concerta disappeared with the increase in dose. It was a massive change and much more helpful. I also don't mean a change like from 36mg to 54mg, this was a huge change. 72mg was the key dose for me, 30mg Adderall XR helped more then 54mg Concerta but for me 72mg Concerta blows Adderall out of the water.

I personally love it, been prescribed to it for years. I get the 54 mg's and they make me speed balls. ACtually, it's not pleasurable to be on, I'm so on edge when I take them but I still love it if that makes any sense.

Yes snorting it will make your nose produce rubber boogers, no joke, no myth. Never been a huge issue the times I've done it, just a minor annoyance.

The easiest way I found is to suck off the outer coating (it's part of the drug) until you're left with the clearish plastic coating. Then use a razor blade to cut the coating off and just swallow the green (useless) piece as it still probably has a bit on it.
