help? (relationship crap)
i have no friends. I have recently moved to a new city and don't know anyone outside of work, except one girl. The problem is, she isn't my girl, she doesn't want to be my girl, she just wants to be my friend with benefits,. Well, that's her speech anyway. When we are together, she acts as though she likes me cuddling me in her sleep, telling me very emotional things about her past, even saying that she did like me. But, then when we are apart, she says she'll never be my girlfriend, because she just doesn't like me enough, stuff like that. In the end, I find myself desperately clinging to this relationship, because, once it ends, I have no friends, no social life at all. =[
So,..advice?

She's just playing with you, and by the looks of it, she's doing it successfully.
It should be the other way round, man up.

Re: help? (relationship crap)
Try to get to know her friends, and meet people through them, etc. Or just bloody well go OUT, it's not that hard to meet people.
Most of my friends are friends of previous boyfriends though. So try that, see how you go.
And don't hang onto this unhealthy relationship. It'll just mess with your head and make you depressed which will make everything worse. Stop treating it as a relationship, and start treating it as a friendship, or if it's too late just steal her friends and run.

Re: help? (relationship crap)
haha, she won't let me hang around with her friends, she won't tell them we are rooting either.
I've never been out alone before, I assume by out you mean to clubs and stuff. I'm not the best looking bloke and I don't really have much confidence to approach strangers.

Re: help? (relationship crap)
Well if she won't let you hang out with her friends, then get rid of her. She's no use!
You could always give going out on your own a try, you've got nothing to lose (except some money, I suppose). Get some booze into you and see how it plays out. If it sucks, go home.
Or get a hobby?! Surely wherever you live has groups of people who do things together, I dunno what though.
Get to know your work people better? Volunteer yourself for worthy causes? I dunno, I've never been concerned with not having a social life, haha.

Re: help? (relationship crap)
Just tell her either she can move the relationship up a notch, or piss off. It's really not worth it, you don't need people like that in your life.

Re: help? (relationship crap)
Just go with it. Stop trying to put a label on everything. Stay detached and enjoy the free sex. You're too young for anything long term. It won't go the distance. Thats what I think, but don't listen to me; I am stoned.

Re: help? (relationship crap)
Use her until you find a new girl.
However, your focus needs to be on making FRIENDS, and not getting a girlfriend. You need a social group so you don't feel all desperate and lonely. Once you've done this, you can then go look for a girlfriend. Until that time, just fuck her and be glad you're getting some. Detach yourself from her emotionally, and enjoy the ride.
