I was smoking crack the other day when I accidentally inhaled a chunk of it through my pipe. This has happened before when i've smoked pot, no biggy.

3 days have gone by and i have this irritated feeling in my chest, and it hurts to breathe in deeply.

Should i tell my mom about this or should i just wait it out?

I'm not sure if the pain can be attributed to my mishap or not.
If anyone has any experience with this I would appreciate some input.

I'd expect the process of converting an entire rock to salt in a relatively pH-neutral environment to take a while. Nonetheless, bruising a single bronchiole would be a pretty normal response to jamming gravel in it. Total-lung responses, like aspirational pneumonia or topical damage, would not be usual, and more likely attributed to things like "bitchin' unrelated infection" or "toxic dirty crack" than, say, somehow sucking a cubic centimeter of cocaine base through a brillo pad 'n huffing it instead of smoking it.
