Can someone here give me a sort of idiot's guide to doing a CWE? (not a link). I know that it must be pretty easy to do, but I'd rather get it right from someone here than some two bit google result. Just a step by step instructional that will allow me to get it right the first time.

1. Crush pill
2. Add powder + water in a cup
3. Stir that shit up
4. Place in freezer for 10-25 min
5. Filter through t-shirt (coffee filter will take forever)
6. Add little more water to pill sludge, swish, filter
7. Squeeze t-shirt to get the last of the goodies out
8. Down nasty ass liquid, wait, get high
Doing a CWE on anything less than 4g APAP is not necessarily.
