Salvia and Percieved Body Temperature
http://tinyurl.com/5wa8uf
According to that, there is a common change in your perception of body temperature. I've never broken through, but has anyone else felt a different body temperature?
Also, does your body temperature suit your environment(the one you perceive, not the sober one).
Oh, and what do you guys think about that 12 hour trip? I don't know what could have happened there. Unless it affects something that only happens when you're asleep/in the process of becoming fully alert. I dunno thought this was a neat article. You guys should read it. It's old school too I think(1997, I believe).

Re: Salvia and Percieved Body Temperature
I've felt VERY hot before, almost every time.
And I also seem to sweat, although at the moment I can't remember if I really did sweat or if I just recall sweat.

Re: Salvia and Percieved Body Temperature
I tried salvia today for the first time. I went to my local smoke shop, and they have like 5 different levels that are in different colors, well i picked the highest one.
I smoked some and was like toasted. I can't describe what was happening but it was some crazy stuff, well after i was done i told my friend i thought i was cooking, i was sweating profusely from my arms and legs, i could wipe off tons of sweat like i had been working outside in the heat, but i was sitting inside air conditioned house.
Then i smoked twice more today and was sweaty after each time, but it was less bothersome then the other 2 times.

Re: Salvia and Percieved Body Temperature
There definitely is something with salvia and sweating/feeling hot, at least for me. I sweat quite a bit every time. The harder I trip, and the more "uncomfortable" the trip is, the more I sweat. My first time doing it I did way too much and broke through without knowing what was gonna happen. I was outside in the snow during January and i was drenched in sweat. Once on 2 hits of some killer cid I took a huge bong rip of 10x, and it was probably the hardest I've ever tripped before, and it was not really a "good" or "positive trip, very I very uncomfortable and completely detached from any sense of reality. I came out of the trip and literally had to put all of my clothes in the dryer for 30 minutes and take a shower. I could honestly have rung the sweat out of my shirt I was so drenched.
Also, on a side note if anyone was ever wondering, cid + sally d = terrible combo.

Re: Salvia and Percieved Body Temperature
It has never made me sweat or feel hot, but I know many people who experience almost nothing but sweating when they smoke it.
