Nitrous Sources...AGAIN
Anyone bought N2O that lives in the Stratford Ontario region?
Also, are sex shops a FOR SURE thing? Or are they just the best place to look?

Re: Nitrous Sources...AGAIN
lolwtf?
I thought that the chargers were the easy thing to get.
It's the cracker that I always have a hard time finding.. And when I finally do find one, it either breaks or gets stolen. :(

I would usually just pick up the chargers at a local grocery store... Not all of them carry them, but the odd one will.

Re: Nitrous Sources...AGAIN
Ebay is your friend.
You're also more likely to get a better deal online.

Re: Nitrous Sources...AGAIN
Jesus shit man... CANADIAN TIRE!
You are in Ontario... go into your local canadian tire and ask for whipped creak chargers, if they don't have them, they can order them for you... Canadian tire stores in Ontario DO stock whippets.
And FOREALZ... get a whipped cream can... those things are the best crackers around... fuck balloons, fuck freezing your hands... fuck wasting nitrous... spring for the can... it will even make you purchase look more sneaky.
And here is a secret of mine. If you find the whippets in the store, and they have unopened packages (ie. 6 boxes wrapped in plastic)... try bringing that to the youngest dumbest cashier... one that you think would rather give shit away than ask questions... they SHOULD ring it through, and it will come up as one box... voila 6 boxes for the price of 1!!!
Also, since you are a fellow canuck, you will know that canadian tire has something called "canadian tire money" and almost everyone has a fat stack of the shit in their house that they would be willing to sell for 5-10 bucks.
$10-canadian tire money = 60 whippets.
I love that fucking store!

Re: Nitrous Sources...AGAIN
Would somewhere like trader joes have whippits? Do I need some device to open them (cracker)? And, is it legal for minors to purchase them?

Its a legal product so i will tell you ebay has them for like 25 cents a peice if you buy like more than 100$ worth. I got 300 for 75$ tho. look around on their. they got whipped cream canisters too, but their all like 40$ with shipping, i just got the cracker for 12$ with shipping.

Re: Nitrous Sources...AGAIN
u can get off on on one can, but that is the most expensive way imo. except buying nnitrous balloons at festivals for 5$ a peice. but at least that is usually medical grade from a tank.

Thanks dude. If you're talking about what sounds like the whippit version of cigarette packs vs cartons, then it would have a different SKU, barcode, what ever they use. It would ring up as a crate of them.
I never even considered using crappy tire money. Much appreciated

Thanks to you too.
You're welcome. :)
I wish I could have been more help...
I wouldn't mind having access to the stuff myself, but I need to get a new cracker, and they've so far proven rather difficult to come by. :(

How does the cracker work? I'm sure you can make one fine. If it lugs the end off, use a hatchet. If it punctures it, grab a wine opener/find some way to get a hole in it. Maybe build an auto balloon filler?
That actually sounds kinda fun. We should collaborate.

Honestly, I had a friend try making one, and he's a LOT more mechanically oriented than I am... It ended up falling apart... :(
I've found instructions on the net to make one, but it almost seems like more work/trouble than finding another source online... I guess I just haven't been looking hard enough lately.

Just scour second hand shops for them. If you've ever seen a nang you probably wouldn't want to go fucking around trying to open one with a wine opener or ho ho ho a hatchet. At the best you'll end up with wasted NO2. At the worst, shrapnel in your body. In between this is frost bite.

Re: Nitrous Sources...AGAIN
I got a very sturdy, brass cracker for thirteen bucks, i doubt it will ever break, just go to your local headshop or whatever. Don't buy a plastic cracker, they break really fast.

Re: Nitrous Sources...AGAIN
Nah, at canadian tire, they ONLY sell by the box of 10 whippets, but when it arrives in the back of the store, it is 6 boxes wrapped together, no new barcode or anthing. This works... if someone left the plastic on.
But canadian tire for sure man.
