Drink when you're thirsty, you don't need to neck a bottle of water every 10 minutes.

Buy a magnesium supplement and pop one, it pretty much removed the whole jaw clenching thing for me, just in case the magnesium doesn't work buy a bunch of "juicy fruits".

Drink water sparingly. Dress up like a fool. Do it with friends. Try and have sex. Dance to lots of dance music. Glow sticks. Fire poi. Deep intimate conversations. Coming up. Smoking weed when you're coming down. It makes girls horny.

Here's something you should know for your first time doing MDMA - it doesn't cause dehydration. Teh moar u noes.

At first it felt like I was coming up and the effects were pretty good, but no where near as strong as I expected. I just lost inhibitions, felt warm, liked the music, danced a bit and felt quite happy and good about myself/confident. I feel bad though, because we were walking around at one point and I was swearing a lot with very little kids and their mums within earshot, I wasn't swearing because I was angry or anything but just in conversation. My pupils also went wide and I was trying to look at them in my reflection and some young kid with his mum noticed what I was doing and heard what I was saying. At one point we walked past one of those little motorized scooters that old people use to get around and there was a little cage on the back of it with a lock, the first thing I thought of was a little kid being kept in there and I was like 'wtf!' and the guy sitting next to it gave me this filthy look. I didn't realise it was an old people mover until I looked back at it, I walked past it thinking it was some kind of weird pram.
I had a feeling it was going to be a dud pill, its probably the worst thing that can happen on your first time aside from getting really sick obviously.

Try what I did for my experience

I took one pill and had 1 shot of vodka before swallowing the pill, and one around the time I started feeling it and then one more just as I peaked... and the experience was THE most fucked up I've ever been with out coming close to an overdose.

I danced for about 8-10 hours. I danced on the train ride home from the club. I was tapping my feet for around 5 hours afterwards. I had an afterglow for a day or two.

Your pill was shit, or you're depressed. Get some seretonin and take 2 pills.

My first time on E was fucking amazing - it was about 150mgs of pure MDMA obtained from a very reliable online supplier. I took it at about 11pm and didn't really feel anything for about an hour, then all of a sudden it just hit me like a huge wave of euphoria or something lol. It was amazing cos it was also my mate's first time and it hit us both at the same time. After that initial hit, the euphoria was always there but it kept coming and going so that at times it was subtle but noticeable, and at other times it was un-freakin-believable. About an hour after the initial hit, the two of us split a 100mg capsule between us. We stayed in the nightclub for a couple more hours and then went back to halls (we live in the same flat) and vaporised about an 8th of weed between us, over the space of about 5 hours, whilst talking complete crap. When the weed was finished, we were still feeling the E but it was very minimal. We hadn't had any sleep but didn't feel tired at all, and there was no comedown like on pills.
