Kahlua or whisky + good coffee and half a packet of hot cocoa.

cappuccino is made using steamed milk and espresso and sometimes sugar, cinnamon or cocoa. but do you think Baileys would taste better than Kahlua?

That's what I meant by coffee. Mix a small amount of cocoa powder in with the espresso. Then mix the remainder of the cocao in the milk before you steam it. After everything is mixed, add the alcohol. I usually take straight whisky or kahlua, but baileys would probably work well too.

Alcohol and heat don't mix too well. The BP of ethanol is 78.1 °C and the temperature of steam is around 100C. The ethanol will steam off.
