I know Delaware does because I live in Pennsylvania and have to go there if I want it, since its not legal in PA

Short Texas sells the real stuff to mofucka. its actually the most economical way to drink every day, you can get trashed off 3 shots and you can buy like 7 shots for 8$.

that's funny, last time i was in STL i couldn't find anything higher than 150 proof. i know for sure it's sold in tennessee, though.
