This happened March 14.Im only 19 and i got busted recentlyl with two counts of trafficking cocaine, pwis cocaine, possession of cocaine up to 57 grams, and possession of marijuana up to one ounce. All felonies and ive never even done coke. Ur probably wondering how the fuck im typing this thread right now well i was in jail for about 3 1/2 weeks until my lawyer(which my dad paid for thank god) got my $500,000 bail reduced to $10,000 and electronic house arrest. So here is the story short. I was smokin with my friend and he wanted to hand out with his coke buddy and he didnt have a car, fucking bum so he ask me to take him there. why the fuck not it is only one mile away and im a nice guy. We all go to the same school. We get there and he asked me to take him to a mcdonalds so he can meet up with his friend. He said that he would buy two g's of dank and smoke me out with all of it in a blunt. fuck it i have nothing else to do. Well long story short his phone was tapped and his friend that he was meeting up with was a undercover informant and he was doing a major coke deal. As we were waiting in the parking lot for no more than one minute, sherriffs and cops come the fuck out of no where. The little bitch got so scared he litterally pissed his pants and i guess he had good reason. My point to all this is i have been through fucking hell, mental pain beyond reason. Being in the drug society can take places and be with people u dont want to be with even if u just smoke weed (i was sellin, a qp of dank every week or so). U all ways have to have ur eyes open and stay focused. im facing 8 years in prison cause i have to take it to trial, each trafficing charge holds a minimum of 36 months, a minimum. wtf just wtf if anybody every calls meh a pussy again on this site well have u every sat in jail eating ramon noodles with a nigger with a 500,000 bond in a 8 x 14 thinking that is there rest of ur life and that everything u knew and loved is completly gone.

If this is your first offense, they won't put you in jail, don't worry about that. You will definetly get a few years probation, drug classes, and have to pay out the ass for court fees.

Yeah, if you were already on probation, you will probably get it revoked now which means jail time. Get a good lawyer and explain your side of the story. This is the best you can hope for at this point.

Damn I got charged with possession of marijauna under 4 kg with intent to distribute, and driving while under suspension.

I was in jail for about 12 hours, $500 bail.

Then I broke my probation by having a cell phone

This time I was in jail for about 24 hours. $500 bail

I plead guilty to possession with intent to distribute, and driving while under suspension and they dropped the breach of probation.

All I got was 3 months of house arrest(no electronic surveillance) and 6 months of probation. Sounds like you need a better lawyer.

Edit: and I got all my bail money back even though I broke my order by having a cell :D
