so me and my buddy were blazing up my last joint at this lake called Harveston that really is a sick spot to blaze at. i live in a shitty southern cali town and this place looks like 19th century chicago or some shit compared to the rest of town. anyway we were smoking the joint listening to some tunes and when the joint was about 3/4 done a cop rolls up on us. i knew wed be fucked anyway because of the smell so i just held the joint an said "hows it goin man?" with a smile. he just looked at me and said "pretty good but you know the park closes at 11 so i gotta ask you guys to leave." i said no problem and took another rip of the joint right in front of him. he sorta laughed, told us to have a safe night, and walked back to his cruiser. we got up, walked back to the car, and cruised out.

here cops wouldn't arrest you unless you have more than an oz, but i've never been caught i usually slip it into my pocket after somewhat painfully extinguishing it in my palm if i get a second.

Hey fuck you if the cops around where I am saw us doing that we'd be getting cited for sure. Even if they find like .02 they'll right a ticket. And even for paraphernalia if it has resin in it they'll write a possession ticket.

Iv smoked a spliff with a cop before. iv also had weed taken from a cop and had my weed givin back from this next cop. some cops dont give a shit, some cops do, Some even just take your weed and smoke it them selves.

It just depends on the situation, The cop i blazed with was a boy who became a cop just 2 years back its pretty jokes i got a picture of him with a spliff in his mouth while on duty with the car and everything and we were sittin on the hood smokin the spliff. lol one of the best times iv ever had blazing.

I remember when i was at a bong shop with 2 buddys we baught a small bong and headed out back to the hotbox cafe. a fucking cop followed us down the street and asked what we had on us. we showed him the bong and everything then hes like im gonna have to search you and all this bullshit mainly cuz my boy was talking shit to him and he would basically turn away and walk away from him when he was being spoken too. He searched us 3 to find 2 grams of weed and some cash and random shit like that. He litterally handed back the weed and everything and said sorry for the inconvienience i thought u guys were drug dealers. We asked why would you think that and he said because we were chillin infront of the head shop for an hour and one of you had full camo and the group we always see out front of stores selling wear camo. Lmfao. So you never fucking know. I know here in toronto 90% of the cops dont give a shit about the weed. the other 10% will take your weed and smoke it. Unless you got a huge ammount, now thats a different story. or unless your under arrest and they find a couple of grams on u then they just take it into the station, youd be lucky if they didnt charge u for it then. Thas why you gotta empty your pockets before you think ur gonna be arrested and your set. whats on the ground isnt yours it could be anyones even if its 2 meters away from you.

If i were in your situation and saw a cop roll up, i would of dropped the spliff or cuffed it in my hand. But the dude seemed like he was cool. he knew that you guys wernt fucking around or nothing.

I've had some similar experiences myself. one of the best was when me and two of my friends were walking around smoking a joint and just checking out random store windows and shit in the city. all of a sudden, my retard friend threw the half smoked joint at me. thinking nothing of it, other than that he is an idiot, I proceeded to take a couple hits of the joint when I looked up and saw a couple cops walking towards us. they were about twenty feet away and I just kind of cupped my hand around the joint and held it down at my side, but they obviously saw what happened. when they got to us, they just smiled and told us to be safe and not fuck with anything.

Some cop around here gave my friend a sack of weed and told him to beat it.

Another one of my friends was piss drunk and the cops pulled him over. He had a bottle of Casadores and 2 40s. The cop gave him that test and asked him if he was on steriods. My friend said no. So the cop started shitting it because the breatherlizer came out positive for steriods and not alcohol. All he got was a warning and they dumped the booze/liquor out. Cali cops are cool.

Best example for me?
I was sitting in the park, enjoying a J, and a cop asks my age. I don't lie, I just say "I'm 15." He gives me a funny look, and asks me what I plan on doing all day. "Just relaxing, maybe hanging out with friends later." He just told me to stick to one soft crime a day and walked away.
