Finding a quack doctor
Whats up my junkie peeps. It's Diluted. Oh yeah, so check this out.
I have an idea to get a quack doctor and I need your advice. Okay, I know alot of people are CP patients (chronic pain) but alot of those people are just bullshitting -- we all know it. So, this is what I'm going to do.
First - Find a Weekly Newspaper
On the back of my local weekly newspaper (called creative loafing, or Eugene Weekly, etc) is an add for the Methadone Clinic, an escort (you know the type) and a Pain Management doctor.
I'm going to call that doctor.
Second -
When I go to the doctor, I'm not going to have any records, MRI - anything. What I'm going to do is tell him/her I have minor scoliosis. (What I'm banking on is that alot of these PM doctors are after money etc.)
Third -- Once I'm there I'm going to say my scoliosis is causing constant pain so I need a maintenance regiment (CR Oxycodone) and then I need something for breakthrough pain (IR OXY, or dilaudid)
Of course, these guys love to Rx Methadone, so I've got to be careful for that.
Any ideas? When I was living in my hometown, my friend Pete had a doctor he saw in Tampa that scripted him 2 opiates, 1 benzo, 1 stim per month. He'd get Oxy 80s, Roxi 30s, adderall and xanax.
I'VE GOT TO FIND A DOCTOR LIKE THAT!
Anyone have any ideas?
Also -- is anyone in Tampa Bay/Central Florida?
Be safe all!

Re: Finding a quack doctor
You can't really get prescribed pain meds for scoliosis can you?
I mean from a legit doctor.
I don't even think I'd want to be prescribed them I'm just wondering. I'm in a fair amount of pain for most of the day because of it and I have wicked trouble falling asleep at night but I just smoke weed/take ibuprofen if it's really bugging me (I really had to cut back on that shit as I know it's not good for you). I don't need more pills to take, just curious.

Maybe but back pain is one of the favorite sympthoms drug seekers use trying to get opioid analgesics. It shouldn't be hard with documented scoliosis, they can't really disprove back pain.

Re: Finding a quack doctor
Interesting to know but I'd rather not start taking any opiates on a regular basis. Other people are in more pain then me and go without, I've managed thus far and don't see a point in getting aid unless it gets much worse with age.
