Your post made that quite evident, therefore i thought it would be humorous to tell you to simply google it. i wish i could help you but im not much for addy, when i do happen to indulge i dont do nearly as much as you.

the only advice i have is to smoke weed, will make you tired and hungry, the opposite of amps

Technically, your body should be close to the elimination half-life for all of the chemicals. This will make sleep easier and a possibility but not guaranteed as you took quite high doses for not having a tolerance IMO.

By 1am you'll be pretty likely to be able to sleep.
Your crash (You should already be hitting it if it hasn't already started being somewhat noticeable) will help with the sleep.

In the meantime drink Orange juice and lemonade and any type of concoction you want to make out of lemon/lime juice (The kind that's not really for drinking). Eat things with wheat like all-bran bars and graham crackers (Should be acid I think).
If you want to flush your system drink a glass full of prune juice, not sure of the acidity there but it will flush you out. Just keep drinking and eating no matter how much you don't want to. Gatorade would be nice to replenish some of your body's needs as well as giving you some citric acid. With prune juice especially prepare for some diarrhea.

In terms of any drug you could take, alcohol, melatonin, benzos, and most depressants. Clearly be careful with what you consume especially with mixing CNS depressants.
Don't drink anything with caffeine in it or take anything with stimulant properties.
If smoking weed increases your heart rate quite a bit then perhaps you should skip that, I never suggest smoking it while on Adderall unless your just trying to get higher as the two together can create quite a fast heart beat. Though burning out will make you sleepy and it will combat your most-likely non-existent appetite.

Also, just start relaxing, calm your breathing and you will hopefully slow your heart rate if that's being an issue.
Kind of start pretending like your tired, let your eyes droop a bit and don't move around to fast, you can kinda trick your mind this way. You want to start producing melatonin as soon as the sun sets so you should turn the lights off, especially any source of "blue" light, so just turn everything you can off even things like your monitor (At least turn the brightness as low as you can).

anyways if i took 120mgs of adderall i think i would just have a heart attack and die lol.

oh and if u plan on doing adderall again, take a 20mg and a 2mg xanax . they are a really nice mix

and have some more xanax, or klonopin for the comedown.... actually i think kpins would be a bit better for an amphetamine crash because of the long half life...

i try to stay away from stimulants myself, after about 36 hours i will start to mildly hallucinate...

I love aderall.Your biggest mistake was doing them so late/early in the morning.Sometimes i get ahold of some addie's but I know what they'll do so I try to take them in the morning before 12.If i take them after that i can almost count on not being able to sleep until 12-1 am.

One time however i took about 250 mg's of it and i was up for 4 and a half days in a garage working on a moped.

I once had an Adderall binge that kept me up forever.

The comedown and trying to sleep part was far worse than coke for me.

I ended up taking just 150mg of diphenhydramine and 150mg of dimenhydrinate.
I drank like 4 glasses of water and two glasses of cranberry juice aswell.
