first off i havent not smoked weed for over a week in at least 5 years. now that im moving i have to make SURE i can pass a drug test as soon as i get there meaning for the first time since i started smoking i have to give this wonderful herb up for two months. so to actually add something to the forum, who on here has had to give up smoking for a job and how long. howd you deal with it?

I've had to stop for weeks at a time many times before, and I never felt there was anything to 'deal' with. Except boredom, which was easily alleviated by staying occupied and having fun. I also smoke multiple times a day, and always quit cold turkey.

The last time I did it, I stopped drinking soda and eating junk food the whole time, drank only water and ate great food, all kinds of fruits everyday and steaks at nights ... I felt great, and when I when I was able to start smoking again that felt really great.
