I got caught in school with salvia. I didn't intentionally bring it to school for any reason, I just picked it up off a friend there. I played it cool and said it was just incense. They let me off with a warning saying "you can't have any substance in the school that looks like drugs, even if they are actually not illegal drugs". Later that night I got my mom to call in and tell them it was her incense and then I got it back the next day.

My school took my Co2 BB gun out of one a my friends cars when he got busted for possession of weed, then when I got kicked out of high school later on, I said those fuckers are not getting all the books back that I still had until they give me that fuckin gun back. Never heard from them, still have there books.

Unless you're an 18 year old senior, there's pretty much no chance in hell you can get shit that's probably age-restricted to fuck in your jurisdiction back from the state.

If you ever face the also-common problem of cops just jacking any of your personal possessions which you aren't legally restricted from... you're still probably not going to get it back. However, you can take the little slip of paper that says they jacked completely legal shit and start pressing charges for theft... which would be a good idea, if you weren't legally barred from posessing the shit they jacked, like in this case.
