I really have no idea, pharms are tricky to price right off the bat. But when I'm unsure I always try to get $5 cheaper at least just in case.
EDIT: Oh you're selling. In that case tell him you want at least $5 more for it. If he doesn't have the cash tell him to throw you a smoke or something. You've gotta haggle 'em boi.
