Mushrooms in brownies?
I just called up my dealer and he told me he can hook me up with some shrooms in brownie form. I don't know if he's just yanking my chain but he's always been spot on when selling me weed. I thought that after a certain temperature the psyclobin in the shrooms vaporizes or something. Help me out. I don't wanna get ripped off.

Re: Mushrooms in brownies?
Something tells me that 30-40 minutes inside an oven at 325F is going to have an adverse effect on the psilocin and psilocybin content of those brownies.
Not totally sure because I have never tried it but I doubt you want to buy those.
Tea and chocolates are good though.

^Tea is my personal favorite form of mush ingestion.
I agree with Zapphle and wouldn't buy the brownies.

Anyone trying to sell you a drug in a form in which it cannot be weighed and proved to even be legit, is trying to scam you.

tea is awesome, and the cheapest method to use. most doses out of a batch.

Re: Mushrooms in brownies?
According to this random internet source, http://mv.lycaeum.org/mu/tryptamine_vapor.html , it would seem psilocin and psilocybin need atleast 340 degrees just to melt. I'm willing to bet you'd be safe baking them in the brownies, bu I'd still be skeptical solely because there's no way to determine how much product is in there really.

Re: Mushrooms in brownies?
^ Didn't see anything about brownies in there so im going to venture a guess that baking shrooms is extremely wasteful.

Re: Mushrooms in brownies?
Baking them will destroy the active chemical.
Ever wonder why people that grow them don't use those heated food dehydrators? Because over I believe 105 degrees destroys pscilocybin.

Yup.
Also, I haven't taken mushrooms, but I hear that they taste like shit. Isn't that shit taste gonna transfer to the brownies?
Peace.

A lot of people over exaggerate the shitty taste. To me they initially taste like stale popcorn but the after taste is what makes me cringe a little. Just have some OJ ready to wash it down.
Is it just me, but do they get stuck in your teeth really bad? I've only ever bought from one guy and every time (with my friends too) we spend the first 15 min picking the shit out of our teeth and by then were tripping lol :D

^you're not alone! And I love that first 'wave' of effects from the mushrooms, all excited in anticipation. I personally get this generally warm feeling all threw my body and find myself with a huge grin/smile on and not even know I was doing it.

Yeah, there's a valid sweeping generalization. Not.
I once made dank ass shroom chocolates and sold them for a standard price. I used a bunch of shake that I had from the bottom of like a QP, so no person would want to buy that in its raw form. But I took the time to melt down some chocolates and reform them with a little more hallucinogenic potential.
Everyone loved them, and they weren't even close friends, just people that had a little bit of trust(something you obviously lack) and wanted shrooms.
EDIT: Even so, I probably wouldn't buy these brownies. But don't generalize that everything's fake, especially if you have previously dealt with the person before.

Re: Mushrooms in brownies?
Its not the taste thats bad, its the texture. Its like eating bark and dried shit. Just gotta disguise the texture, the taste isnt that bad by itself.

Re: Mushrooms in brownies?
Yeah, definitely the texture.
I've just chewed them before, but typically now, I'll grind them or cut them up with scissors and just swallow them with some OJ.

Re: Mushrooms in brownies?
I ate them raw. Yes, they tasted a bit funny, and eating dried out whole shrooms, the texture is a bit weird. The trip was worth it though, and after reading this thread, I may have to do it again this weekend.;)
