take a normal amount and if it's not working, adjust your dose accordingly for potency.

They lose their potency after a while...it shouldn't be anything dramatic. It should be just fine.

Don't quote me but I think exposure to light and temperature/humidity have something to do with it also.

So if it was stored well, and not too, too old it should be fine.

And yes, the acolyte is right. Small but in the long term noticeable decreases in potency occur. They are caused by light and heat. The pills will never go "bad", though, so don't worry about them literally making you sick or just not working at all. I'm fairly sure you could have 20+ year old pills and they'd work fine.

yes they can go bad, if theyre in a hot moist enviornment they might grow mold.

^ QFT I've seen moldy Amps. They were like 2-3 years old but still (note that these were found in a dank humid laundry room).
