 Ambien and Valium
I'm on 60mg Valium right now and I'm thinking about taking 60mg of Ambien with it, but I don't know if it's a good idea or not, so I'm seeking the help of totse professionals.
Good combo?

I've done Ambien and Clonazepam.
Meh. The clonazepam killed most visual effects and from what I can remember some other weird things I would usually get from Ambien. It's not worth it IMO.

This thinking scares me.
I've mixed clonazepam, ambien, alcohol, diphenhydramine, and some melatonin pills all over the course of 4 hours.
Probably should have killed me or at least put me in some horrible state like a coma but for some reason I just woke up the next day with a "hangover". I can't recall why I did this mix, I do know the decision was fueled by the benedryl and ambien though I don't know what my intention was. Maybe I was trying to end it, maybe I thought it was a good way to get fucked up, who knows. I don't remember the exact doses but if you laid out the ambien and benedryl I did on a table in front of you everyone would likely think you were suicidal, not to mention the rest that was consumed later.
Point is, just because it can kill you does not mean it will and just because it's not likely to kill you doesn't mean it wont.

I ODed on 8mg lorazepam, 3/4 of a 750ml bottle of codeine cough syrup, a six pack, and some killer weed. Then, my ex-girlfriend's mom was the nurse who administered the charcoal when I got to the hospital, and this was like only a week after I'd broken up with her.
I didn't have a death wish, I was just trying to get shitty like a mo fo. |

Almost.
I "ODed" but never ended up on the hospital so I got pretty lucky there. Last thing I remembered I was in the basement watching something on the tv, I woke up 12 hours later in my bed two floors up. I don't know if I passed out down there then at some point went to bed but I certainly don't remember anything past that point and I'm guessing just went to bed.
Fucking sucks about your ex's mom though, that would make me want to do it again lol.
I think if I were actually trying to kill myself I would have been doing something other then watching tv calmly.

I walked out in front of an 18-wheeler on a highway with a 55mph speed limit.

Nah, he swerved and there wasn't any oncoming traffic, so there wasn't any accident. I just stood there in my own little world for a few minutes before the cops came.
They commited me for 5 days and you know all that jazz. "Take your meds. Communicate. Burn the bridges of negative influence, yada, yada, yada..."
I wish they'd give me some Klonopin, because I don't want to take the Lamictal, and Ambien just makes me more manic, and Zyprexa isn't going to calm me down when everyone's giving me ten kinds of shit from twenty different angles. My mom flushed my Xanax because my brother's way out there on that shit and she's scared I'd end up like him.
I'm making a schedule with a new post-commitment place called Parthenon in Centennial Hospital in Nashville. How can I convince them to put me on the meds that IIIIIII believe will help me?

So you ended up in pretty much the crisis unit for 5 days huh? yeah no fun. 72 hour watch minimum in my local one. I was lucky and got out after 1 night but probably only because they realized I actually wasn't suicidal (Then) and now I was tripping balls on the stuff they gave me. I literally saw it turn from night and day like 4 times. Someone had to show me a fucking calender for me to believe I was only in there one day.
My parents also like to remind me of hitting on every fucking girl in the Harvey's they took me to when they picked me up while I was still out of it. I could have sworn we were in Jack Asster's or at least something fancy.
I don't know what they gave me but I had massive hallucinations and not a care in the world. I know there was at least some kpins involved there.
