well I am considering smoking some later this week, but I will be driving the next day, obviously I dont expect it to affect my driving ability, but if I where to get stopped then taken to the station and I tested positive would I get done for driving under the influence of drugs?

look at it this way man. you probably look down on heroin users....you know your never gonna try it or atleast you think you will never try it. did u ever think that its also the greatest artificial feeling you can possibly feel? it IS in my humble opinion even tho i've never tried it(tried oxy).

ok then, think of how you are never going to feel H. ok weed isn't as hard to quit, but you can can become addicted to it and it can also change your mentality. for some people(idiots) this may be cool, for others(smart people) it may be a risk.

If you are just smoking, they wont suspect you of being high the next day unless you are driving really bad and are acting all high and shit when they pull you over.

Happened to me about a week ago, I had been smoking all day and was on my way home from a reggae concert and got pulled over for speeding. We were ripping a bong in my car right before.
My eyes were super red and i did pretty decent on the field sobriety test but when they made me follow that light my eyes couldn't do it.

They took my cheap plastic bong, the 2gs of weed left in my car, and my nice $200 vaporizer that was in a backpack in the trunk. $500 bail and a DUI for weed.

The moral of the story is don't break more than one law at a time while driving. (This includes expired registration, ect.)

as long as you can pass a field sob test your fine quit worring so dam much and go get high! Hell ive been pulled over while I was rollin just gotta learn how too talk to the cops!
