I bought a pipe off a guy yesterday, but it was filled with resin. I cleaned most of it out and made me a little hash ball, but its still filled with the shit and I dont know how to get it off.

My friend said I could boil it, but I dont want to fuck up any of my moms pots.

My pipe is one of those little keychains ones you can get from a gas station for 5 bucks. It screws apart into 3 pieces (bowl,stem,endcap) and kinda looks like a mushroom when put together.

Would whiskey work? I dont have any rubbing alcohol.

yea but just drink that shit and buy some alcohol at the drug store/wallmart/anywhere. 70% works fine as well. let it soak for a few minutes then evaporate it on a plate in the hot sun, then scrape the residue up with a razor and enjoy

I just got done cleaning it. Yea I went ahead and put all the shit in a bag, coverd with whiskey, and shook it up for a while. Then I cleaned it out with Q-tips. Worked wonders.

i cleaned my pipe yesterday ha but i havent smoked out of it yet.

first, i soaked it in soapy water, then in a mixture of iso alcohol, listerine, and salt, then in iso alcohol and nail polish remover, i also scraped the inside with a q-tip.

worked pretty well.

I normally use 70 iso salt in a bag then get the bowl and other places with a q-tip dipped in iso

Heat the pipe by running it under the hottest water you can, shake it up and loosen the chunks of rezin, then mix rubbing alky with some salt, put it in the pipe and shake it around, repeat as many times as necessary, usually only takes 2-3 times.

And that bitch will sparkle

Yea, me and my friends had a piece that probably hadn't been cleaned in years, but the holes were big enough that it didn't need to be cleaned. It would always give fat rips because of all the resin inside. We called it 'The Champ'

I had a nice glass pipe that I didn't clean for about 4 months. You couldn't even get a hit out of it. I broke it when I tried to scrape it though. Got about an 8th of resin from it. Tossed it in my grinder with the keif and had a nice little bag of home made hash.
