haha I have one question and then a bonus for this thread.

I am balding, I'm 50/50 on it being a good/bad thing (no need to pay for haircuts, no product, no time wasted fucking with it...), planning on shaving it and want to know what the pulling power of a good head of hair is to girls.

Hey the green smiley is bald and yet looks happy. Surely the open mouthed red face takes him, but then again angry red faced smiley seems to hold a lot of sexual frustration by the looks of him.

Because I'm sure you all had you're own thoughts about what hair I was talking about you may as well make this a

'Short and curlies: Yes, no or in small doses?', AND

'Chest, Back, Sack and Crack - Your thoughts' ANNNNNND

'Your take on facial hair' thrown in for good measure.

How old are you?

I'm not balding, but my hairline is going back... it looks like I have 2 parking spaces on my forehead, and I hate it.

I shaved it once and it looked awful. Unless you're black, most guys can't pull it off. Maybe if you're muscular and grow a goatee, you can look like one of those guys.

I just grow my hair out enough and it's hard to tell... I'm not to the point yet where other people notice it unless my hair is really short, but I hate how every time I get my haircut I can see it more and more.

It is possible to pull of a stylish and not over-the-top comb-over, and that is what most guys in my family do.

The bald look is good on military officials and tough guys.

On you? Probably not.

I

Isn't that what balding is? That's what I have happening, two bits on both sides going back.

I dunno why age should come into this but I'm 22...yeah pretty young for this shit. I think it's hereditary, has been 'thin' hair in spots forever.

I'm not black, or a military guy but who says I'm not tough.

I've become a little chubby since I've started back at uni and a 3rd/4th job...yeah, and don't eat properly. I don't wanna be a fat baldy like carbonB so the first step is to shed some excess weight and then decide what to do with my hair.

Oh god, Trouser! Get into those hair clinics and save your hair before it's too late! Only old people can pull of the bald look.

For me, a head of hair can make or break a guy being attractive. You could have the hottest face/body/personality in the world, but if you have a bad hair cut... well... if you were that hot I'd probably just send you to a good hairdresser. But anyway, hair (for me) is a big thing. Please don't go bald! I won't be able to look at you the same way again.

In answer to the rest of your post;

Short and curlies - Trimmed or not there. No forests.

Chest, back, sack and crack - Yuck. I like my men like hairless cats. Or those weird ugly dogs that have a poof of hair on their heads and that's about it. Naw, a little hair is okay, but a lot is pretty ick.

Facial hair - Okay if fashionable/presentable but I don't like making out with sandpaper, WHICH IS WHAT IT FEELS LIKE!

Shaven head...not many people can pull it off, including blacks and mexicans. It all depends on the shape of your head, the rounder the better. There are lots of women that prefer a man with a shaved head, but more women these days(especially the younger ones) prefer men with medium length to long hair. I'm lucky, my hair gets curly when it gets long. People start calling me Harry Potter at work :-p

Harry potter doesn't have curly hair? Anyways..

If and when I go bald i'm just shaving it, Shit even then I hardly ever have hair. It can't look too bad when you shave it, just get it down to skin. Unless your seriously deformed it won't look too bad, you probably just think it does.

Don't do a comb over, epic fail, no matter how fucked up the shape of your head is it will look better then a comb over.

My brother in law was going bald and got those hair trans/implants, whatever you call them, and when all his hair came out (which it will no matter how many hair plugs, implants etc.. you have, he had a thick line of circular and line scars going around the back of his head. I mean he can pull that off it looks badass, but if your that insecure you'll probably hate it.

Either shave it or get a good wig.
