***I RARELY ever post here so bare with me here***

Ok so, we've all seen those energy pills/drinks and what not. I LOVE Monster Assault...i get it at my local skuzzhole for $2.25 flat. What i took a big notice to was his assortment of energy pills, has anybody ever tried these before? I mean im sure but, what ones? And how good were they? Side effects? Reccomendations?

I recommend just taking some Mini Thins if you can still find them (there pretty much been banned because of the high dose of epherdine in them, and b/c there fairly simple to clean up for meth production), and maybe some NoDoz for the caffeine. Much better than all the crap those energy drinks have in them.

Or you could try some Benzedrex which is 250mg of Proplyhexedrine (Wiki it), which is on par some say with amphetamines, makes me speed but also gives me manic moody thoughts so I stay away from it. You just rip the thing apart and eat the cotton, I'd say you should try half of one cotton before taking all of one, maybe even 1/3 of it, it is a quarter gram of a fairly abusable speed after all.

in a pinch, theyre good for a short burst of energy...say like 30 minutes of alertness.
taurine, guarana, and caffeine are the energy giving ingredients in damn near all of them. I work in a kitchen, and theyre good for dinner rushes @ work.

No doz or just generic 200 mg caffeine pills man. You can pop like 2-3 if you want some energy for the day. Better than coffee.

Also it's only like 60mg of caffeine per monster serving. But try the new purple one. Tastes really good. Only reason why i drink them :\

I dont like adderal, and i only need a burst of extra energy for short periods of time...i have enough trouble sleeping without the help of stimulants.

Nobody has tried gas station energy pills before? Ive heard of the 6 hour thin rush thing before....never seen it. Whatabout those like "Yellow Swarm" or "Yellow Swarm Ephedra Free" pills? Anything like that? What can i raid from my GNC? And what are the bad adverse effects of NoDoz?

Most just have a ridiculously high amount of caffeine in them..anywhere from 200-300mg per capsule! Ive taken stacker 3, and its just a dirty rush which in then you feel like crap after about 2 hours of taking it. The old stacker that had the ephedrine mix was not too bad but you cant find that anymore.

Theres only a few energizers ive used that really had any descent value. Both being diet pills...atrophex(bsn) and phentermine(S IV substance but obtainable). Both work pretty well giving your energy and such and you dont feel like shit during or after it wears off. Although tolerance rose like a son of a bitch with me in both products making it a waste of time to take them.

I saw this energy drink at 7-11 recently called Spike that boasted 0 calories etc but it really worked (on me). Normally, caffeine really doesn't do anything for me anymore, but two (around a red bull sized) cans got me completely tweaked. I'm talking close to heart palpitations tweaked. I later had one, and it was more pleasant and energyfull versus 'tweaked'.

The pills never really did anything for me.

I don't mean to hijack the thread but how effective is said benzedrex as a form of speed??I've heard of it before but never tried it,wasn't into that kinda shit then.Gonna have to stop by cvs in a few

All those weird packaged energy pills are probably 200mg caffeine and some herbal shit. Just get a box of generic NoDoz. It'll be called the store brand "alertness aid" or something like that.

Spike is a really good product. That company's target market consists of bodybuilders, hence the 0 calorie thing being marketed.

I hear cocaine gets you pretty pepped up.

a 5 hour energy does the job for me, good for long drives and stuff. Monsters and shit just make me sleepy after like 20 minutes.

I never got the allure of energy drinks. I suggest every college student to get a box of caffeine pills. Just pop 2 (400mg) and you're good to go. Cheaper and more effective

My current energy drink of choice involves one pot of espresso and a fat lip of chew, preferably immediately after waking up.
