I think you are just a fucking dumbass but, it would help if you told us what it was for.
These drugs are not scheduled, and thus not an interest of the DEA.
Otherwise I think that this is likely a lab tips question....

In the United Kingdom, sumatriptan is available over the counter, under the name Imigran Recovery. It is sold in packs of two 50mg tablets for approximately £7.99 (about $15 US).

Re: unscheduled seretonin agonists
Serotonin agonists? Are you dumb? Oh wait, you must mean Serotonin antagonists. Well you're still dumb. There are no scheduled serotonin antagonists. What the hell would you want with one anyway? Are you in chemo?

Re: unscheduled seretonin agonists
Because, well, let's check the list, straight from wikipedia:
Buspirone. Well, that's probably not what OP was going for, but it is scheduled.
Triptans. Migraine attacks. Yeah, that ain't it.
Hallucinogens, "like LSD, mescaline, and psilocybin". Ding ding ding! LSD? Scheduled. Mescaline? Scheduled. Psilocybin? Scheduled. THAT is what OP is looking for. Hallucinogens that aren't scheduled.
And some drug for constipation.

You effectively demonstrated that you are an imbecile. Furthermore, i get the hint that this is personal?
first, i asked as to WHY exactly he was looking for this. (check my first post)
secondly, how the fuck am i supposed to know he wants something to trip on? (you can trip on a whole bunch of shit)
thirdly, there is absolutely not enough information in the OP's post to conclude anything. (some non-recreational migraine medications are quite desired by a select few, and will raise flags if bought in large quantities)
fourthly, you should at least check wikipedia about what you post.
Mescaline is a sympathomimetic of the neurotransmitter, norepinephrine. However, mescaline does not affect 5-HT2 receptors as LSD and psilocin are known to do.
finally, this conclusively suggests that every one in this thread doesn't know what the fuck they are talking about.

Re: unscheduled seretonin agonists
and to ave2 I mean only hallucinagenic and or dopamine receptive chemicals.
If I didn't know what I was talking about I wouldn't have figured out the risk that I would be taking in ordering any of these substances and why I conclude to do further research in terms of what I can and can't safely have shipped. just because someone gets away with importing a shipment one or two times doesn't mean they are SAFE from DEA speculation. I am only trying to avoid this fate

Re: unscheduled seretonin agonists
The Federal Analog Act, 21 U.S.C. § 813, is a controversial section of the United States Controlled Substances Act, allowing any chemical "substantially similar" to an illegal drug (in Schedule I or II) to be treated as if it were also in Schedule I, but only if it is intended for human consumption. The banned substances are often called designer drugs.
(A) Except as provided in subparagraph (C), the term controlled substance analogue means a substance -
(i) the chemical structure of which is substantially similar to the chemical structure of a controlled substance in schedule I or II;
(ii) which has a stimulant, depressant, or hallucinogenic effect on the central nervous system that is substantially similar to or greater than the stimulant, depressant, or hallucinogenic effect on the central nervous system of a controlled substance in schedule I or II; or
(iii) with respect to a particular person, which such person represents or intends to have a stimulant, depressant, or hallucinogenic effect on the central nervous system that is substantially similar to or greater than the stimulant, depressant, or hallucinogenic effect on the central nervous system of a controlled substance in schedule I or II.
(B) The designation of gamma butyrolactone or any other chemical as a listed chemical pursuant to paragraph (34) or (35) does not preclude a finding pursuant to subparagraph (A) of this paragraph that the chemical is a controlled substance analogue.
(C) Such term does not include -
(i) a controlled substance;
(ii) any substance for which there is an approved new drug application;
(iii) with respect to a particular person any substance, if an exemption is in effect for investigational use, for that person, under section 355 of this title to the extent conduct with respect to such substance is pursuant to such exemption; or
(iv) any substance to the extent not intended for human consumption before such an exemption takes effect with respect to that substance
This Is a scary law! according to this, anything that you potentialy buy in the RC realm is possibly prosecutable regardless of its actual legal status as long as they can prove you intend to consume it
