I've been thinking about dosing more of the liquid DOI I have, and was wondering if I could do it rectally or if it could be dropped into my eye (even a possibility? Dunno, had the thought though) thanks in advance. Wanted to know about the effectiveness of rectal DOI administration if there is any?

Generally it's a bad idea to dose anything in the eye.

There's no reason why rectal administration wouldn't work.

Any ideas on dosage for rectal administration?

Well for safeties sake take half what you would for oral administration but i don't think there's much difference in bio-availability anyway.
