Whats a good first time dose for temazepam?

Also would I have to take more when coming down from ecstasy to help knock me out or would a normal recreational or even just prescribed dose help for that?

I like em, there not bad guys. 60-90mg feels like a good valium buzz that lasts 6-8 hours, its one of the few long lasting/acting benzos

4 for 5$ sounds alright to me, eat all 4, its just $5, if your worried or have a low to none benzo tolerence then 2 may do ya good as well, I'd eat them all though just because im a junkie like that lol. I'd suggest you giving them a dry, especially if you enjoy valium, peace...

More like at least 90-120. I had the 30mg gel caps of pure restoril and it wasn't shit.
