Right, this is quite complex, i would put it in B&M but seeing as im doing niether i decided to put it here.

Basically, a few months ago, i was really good friends with this girl. We got on really well and i think we both liked each other. Unfortunately, my best friend also liked her, and asked her out. She rejected him, but told him she wouldnt go out with me either because of the shit that would be caused between both of us. I got really pissed about this, and had some massive rant at her. We havent talked since.

now the thing is, i took this time to realise everything that was fucking me up in life. The main issue was that because i never really felt this way for a girl before, that this rejection (along with like 10000 others ive had) just made me go nuts. I realised this was the wrong way of looking at life (as i had become an asshole since then). I want to try reform out friendship again, but i dont really know how to approach her. Shes usually with her friends at college, so its quite difficult to get an alone moment. And if i do, what the fuck am i supposed to say without sounding like a dick ?

I dont know, i guess i shouldnt be scared and i should just take my chances. I just really want to be friends with her again :s

Try talking to over msn / text message if you don't want to approach her straight off, or try ringing her.

Just start talking to her casually as if you are her friend, explain that you're sorry for how you've acted and take things from there.

The phone is your friend. Or you could approach her face to face, but she'd probably just reject your apology.

Maybe I'm just a bit too much of a jaded cynic, but I fail to see the problem here... Why do you even want to be friends with her? What benefit would you derive from it?
