I mean by skunk pretty much any type of weed that you smoke the bud. Whilst there are different highs, I'd generally put it down to THC content. Hash is just crazy sometimes for me.

I haven't had hash in ages, I had some proper resin a few months back and got fed up of smoking it after a few days. I guess I prefer smoking green because... Well that's all I do smoke. I do miss smoking hash and it lasts a lot longer than green but nobody really seems to be selling it these days and I cant be arsed to mission for weed.

I hate nasty cut hash, but some clean hash on top of kind is nice. I'd rather smoke reggie than hash that's been cut with all sorts of shit.

i enjoy hash because i rarely get as burnt out as on the green. but after smoking only hash for a while, i find i miss the original plant itself. its nice to do both.

In my personal experience greens 10 times stronger. Its probably cuz your used to weed that hash hits you harder. I grew up in a country where we only had hash and I went on holidays to France and my friend brought over a heap of weed called Viking from Switzerland and good holy mother of jesus I got more stoned than I'd ever been. I was pretty much hallucinating.

Being used to both the 2 though theres definitely a difference. Hash is a bit mellower and more of a body stoned I think. Weed is trippier.

If I was offered weed and hash, with equal THC content, I would take the weed.

It's more fun to smoke, and easier to save / space out evenly.
And it tastes better imho.

I generally only smoke Hash in bongs, thats why i prefer it.
Because i mainly have bongs.

thats why, If you wanna get really really high, eat 2 brownies, get a half ounce of pot, a gram of honey oil, and a nice 7 grams of hash, put it all in a blunt(not the brownies) and smoke it, you will be higher than you've ever been in your life, and thats a promise.

Great hash>great weed>okay hash>anything-less-than-great weed.

The best hash I've ever smoked got me way higher than the best weed I've ever smoked, but that same weed is better than some hash, if that makes sense.

So really, I just love both.

Well I don't smoke weed much, or at all, really any more...

But i prefer any kind of hash (apart from iso-hash and all that bollocks) to strong weed. I just can't handle "skunk"indoor weeds, they're too strong and get me far too fucked and make me over think and blah blah.

Mellow hash is lovely, mostly, it's predictable and i can just chill when high. Weaker weeds can be nice, but they can be all racey or too couch locky, but yeh, generally i'd go for hash given the choice. It can be absolute shite, or much stronger than most weed, but either way i prefer it usually... the milder Moroccans and Lebanese hashes, especially.

I've only ever tried honey-oil hash, not your crappy euro-hash (rubber? soap? WTF are you stupid bastards thinking?).

Honey oil, if done right, is an awesome high. One drop on a hot knife will be more than enough to get you baked.

I prefer weed though... something about the taste, the smell, and the feeling, its absolutely perfect.

Unless you know who exactly made the hash, weed will typically be much better. It's much easier to buy top grade weed and make the hash yourself, because then you know what exactly is in it. Part of the reason dealers love selling hash so much is because they can cut it with a bunch of crap and exponentially increase their profits. You can't really cut weed or fake its quality.

Hash is definitely better for one-time uses or special occasions. But it gets me and everyone else I know so ridiculously burned out. Like after the first day of smoking hash, even if it's on top of good weed, weed will stop really doing it for me, and only hash gets me "high". I can still get an effect and a decent buzz off of weed afterward, but it takes a couple of days of not smoking either hash and weed to be able to feel full effects of smoking weed.

So for general day-to-day smoking, I definitely prefer quality buds. But then again if you stick with one strain too long the same general thing happens, so my conclusion is that it's all about switching it up from time to time, as often as you can afford/find quality forms of THC .

Also, the high from hash, given that both the weed and hash you're comparing are of high quality, will usually be more clear-headed and almost narcotic, with loads more euphoria as compared to the weed which will get me more stoned and give me the munchies. So it's easier for me to function on hash, as long as I don't smoke tons. And that can be useful for studying/doing hw.

I usually get it fresh off a plant... and I mean really fucking fresh.

Glucose sprayed weed is the least of your problems over here when it comes to bud although it seems a lot of areas have more trouble with coated weed than others. Personally Iv only had coated weed a handful of times and the last time I got some was almost 2 years ago.

Hash and soapbar on the other hand is a hell of a lot simpler to clean up, refine and re-press/roll although the starting product was pretty shitty in the first place the only thing you can really do is remove the impurities which only makes a small difference in potency... Still not everyone wants to go through that bullshit when they score up unless they have a lot of time on their hands and are in no rush to get smokin!

Just out of interest, to those UK BLTC users, have you been getting that rock hard bud that looks like a really small amount, weighs up right and then when you grind it, it literally turns to dust? Any idea what it is and why its like that because iv seen a lot of that stuff up at college over the year and its started to find its way into my home town recently too. All I know is that its coming in from london and there is a lot of it about.

The best hash you'll find is better then the best weed you'll find. Statistics show that (hash can have up to 80% THC content). However, that just means it'll be more powerful. The different mix of cannabinoids can produce different highs, and many people prefer the green highs. Myself, I prefer the rarer highs. Currently living in Norway, I get 90% hash, which means I'll prefer the weed high. Living in Vancouver, I got 95% weed, so I'd prefer the hash high. I could care less for how powerful it is, aslong as it's mellow, however it needs some power to be mellow.

I've never felt any difference from oil or nugs, I only smoke kush so I'm not entirely familiar with sativas. That could be the issue, but I'd have it no other way.

No. They're both used. I think he's right, in North Africa, it's sativa plants mainly, but the trichromes are left so that THC degrades into CBN/CBD, which is the thing that makes it nice, as imho, THC is overrated and just too strong.

Also lolwut at most indoor bud being indica?? No fucking way, almost all is indica-sativa cross bred strains, created in the past 30 years odd through hippies breeding plants from around the world, and then Dutch goons fagging about with the results in a lab. Growing pure indica/sativa is harder work, for less reward, I thought.... most commercial growers would never bother. Out in hash producing countries though, you grow fucking fields of the stuff, and then either seize and press into light hash, or collect the resin and make it that way - like in Nepal etc.

I believe in Afghanistan they usually just chuck the whole plant in a pot with goat fat and hit it a lot until it's pulped to mush and eventually when cooled produces pretty nice hash (varying qualities, of course).
