I've been like this for years. I usually build up enough sexual frustration to the point where I have to have that 'release'.

And then like clockwork as soon as I'm done I feel this overwhelming sense of guilt that I've done something so terrible and I should be utterly ashamed of myself.

I've already figured out that I have PTSD stemming from sexual abuse as a child but I cannot find any mention of 'Guilt associated with masturbation' or anything even close.

Its getting to the point where I'm just tired of feeling ashamed of it and being depressed afterward.

Any help or comments would be greatly appreciated.

Incorporate it into your daily routine until it becomes mundane and boring and not associated with sexual desire at all. Worked for me, despite it being unintentional. Then again I don't think I was abused as a child so not sure if it would work for you.

Here's a tip from one abusee to another...Get the fuck over it and get the fuck on with it. Nobody's gonna give you sympathy so stop being a wuss.

And don't self diagnose yourself you pleb...There are people who have studied for years to do that for you and do a good job of it too. They're called psychiatrists. Go see one if you're in doubt.
