I have... Not that being 1cm makes any difference what's in them and how much (size makes no difference to quality or quantity) Point is they do exist.

I don't think they would be E but as both above posters have said, get a test kit and at least get a rough idea what you have in your hand is and whether its active or not.

well there's a way to tell for sure if it's vitamin C or not. taste it. if it tastes really sour it's probably vitamin C, or if it tastes fruity then it's vitamin C and your friend is a pussy who cant handle pure vitamin C.
