I have some .5mg K-Pins for insomnia, but before I even take it, I look at the Wiki and find a half-life of 18-50 hours?!

How long do these things last? And will I feel groggy in the morning?

it really all depends on how much you take and what your tolerance is like...

if its your first time with kpins and you want sleep i suggest just .5mg you will only feel it for like 4-5 hours but when you wake up you will be a bit groggy....if you were to take 2mg you would wake up fucked up because these things last a lot longer than 4 measly hours....18 hours is really the amount of time it will take for you to return to baseline.

take your tolerance to alcohol into account because there is a cross tolerance between benzos and alcohol.

so go anywhere from.5 to 1mg....you might not feel as fucked up as you are....but then again thats how benzos get people into trouble.

Yes, and you're even less likely to realize how shitty you're doing.

The recreational effects, for me, tended to last a lot shorter than the actual half-life etc., which always led to "Might as well take a few more MG, it's been (x amount) of hours." Then you wake up at a friend's house with 100 pills unaccounted for.

Would it be safe to drive on 0.5-1mg? I thought they handed out this stuff for anxiety as well at those dosages.

k pins last a long time... i weigh about 170, took about 3mg with 4 beers and couldn't walk straight for 2 days. seriously almost wrecked my car going to work the next afternoon at like 4. those things are made for people with long term anxiety problems. the long duration gets rid of the ups and downs that things like xanax will give you. for sleep problems ask your doctor for ambien or xanax.
