Im not sure how many friends he had on here, but he is a friend of mine in real life,
On friday nite, his roomate tried to wake him for work, and he was unresponsive and cold.
Jay also noticed he had fresh needle marks on his arm. So he cleaned the house of any illegal items, and called 911. he awoke momentarily, but very incoherent, stating how cold he was. Paramedics took him to a nearby hospital, and found out it was a heroin overdose. So, I guess theyre taking any nessecary measures to revive/save him. I get a phone call that nite from Jay, telling me what happened.
I had seen him that morning, we smoked a joint or 2, and talked about him getting into a program for methadone, or some kind of rehab, because he was seriously getting out of control.
I called Jay on saturday, to see if he heard anything, and he had to be flown into UofM hospital, in ann arbor (1 of the best hospitals in MI). Both of his lungs collapsed.
Now, he has a machine breathing for him, and hasent been concious since friday nite. hIs uncle posted on myspace, that his status is getting worse. Noone cept his family is allowed to see him.

He has his idoiotic moments, but for the most part hes a smart kid (22yo).
so, like I said, i dont know how many people in bltc knew him, or were his friend, but I thought maybe some of you would like to know.
If this thread gets positive feedback, ill keep it updated as I find out whats going on.

Alot of people don't understand all of the issues and health problems that can come from IV use.
We seriously need to get more programs like needle exchanges everywhere in the US that give out sterile supplies, wheel filters, and teach proper and safe injection techniques.

I think he may have been taking xanax as well, maybe the day before...respitory failure maybe? i honestly dont know. what really pisses me off, is that his family disowned him years ago, and now theyre being all holier than thou, "please dont let my baby die" type shit...he didnt have anyone, except me and his ex gorlfriend that were true friends. If he passes, I dont know if i could even act civil at the funeral, due to all the hypocritical bullshit ill surely be surrounded with.

although in theory, its best to immediately call 911,a quick wipe of the coffee table of cocaine debris, and sliding scales under the couch isnt exactly a 2 hour spring cleaning. anyone in that same situation would have done the same thing, when KNOWING that you will be dealing with police/paramedics.

Fuck that man. Ive been in the same situation you were in, except it was my freinds mom and she was having a stroke. I didnt even remmember the drugs untill the paramedics were half a minute up the road. You could have been cleaning that shit while they were on the way. Ive recieved a message from killik420's uncle. he is still on life support, but his signs are improving. still, noone except his family can see him, but as I hear more, ill let you all know.

New update...hes off life support, hes breathing on his own. Hes still in ICU, but hes getting better. Drs are watching him for the next 24 hrs, then, ( i think), he comes out of ICU.
