Made From: gamma butyrolactone (GBL) and Sodium Hydroxide or Potassium Hydroxide - basically it is degreasing solvent or floor stripper mixed with drain cleaner.

Yep, that's really all there is to it. slightly harder to go to the GBL from GABA or THF, but more economic and the precursors are less watched than GBL itself..
