ex, i can understand, it's like guys calling their exes whores, it just makes you feel a little better.

when you love someone you're in this sort of haze where they're gorgeous and amazing and intelligent and funny. when you break up the haze fades a little.

this being said, i know that my boyfriend needs my help in choosing what clothes to buy. he really appreciates (he's told me this, i'm not just assuming). i help him get stuff (or just get him stuff) that suits him instead of the hand me downs that he just accepts.

My latest ex was rather nice. A bit too thin for me, but deffinately nice.
To look at it honestly, he could have done with a little more creatine and maybe less haribo, but I found him beautifull.
I dont know if that was because i loved him :( .. and saw past how he really looked, or if he was fit. It's confusing. Deffinately lovely bone strutcture though.

An ex previous to that was very nice looking apart from the Acne. Again, I didnt really pay much attention to the acne, I found him to be very pretty. Allthough quite unatractive in stereotypical ways. This one broke my heart,oddly enough.

My last two serious girlfriends, I kind of liked at the beginning..never really thought about them much, but a relationship happened, and I decided to give it a try, nothin to lose. With both of them, I ended up falling hard for them. Seems like thats the way it works though, when you get into a relationship with someone you don't think is too pretty or whatever, and you fall for them, you think they're the best. Looking back on them, I just think......what in the buttfuck world was I thinking haha.

Good thread. I think that you would probably view your ex's as ugly. I don't believe beauty is a pretty face. What I mean is, your exes probably did bad things, or you did. You view them in a negative way, therefore they become ugly to you.

Let me put my neck on the chopping block and say that women are beautiful, men are not. I think a guy would actually have a harder time viewing an as ex as ugly than a female would an ex boyfriend.
