That's mostly when shooting. I did coke and heroin often smoking it and I did meth with heroin for years. But never injecting anything.

It's subjective mate. I mean, if you're banging smack and a crushed up mitzi pill together, you're asking for trouble. But if you're going to be (VERY carefully) snorting or swallowing a pill while smoking/snorting horsey, at the right doses you should be very much fine.
