just get with her and tell her you're not looking to be in a relationship. tell her that you'd like to get to know her (then there will probably be chances for you to fuck). just ignore the whole idea of a titled relationship with her.. try and be at least a little sensitive tho for humanities sake. when you have to leave then thats it. if she really wanted to be with you, then she got her chance for a little bit. you got to fuck her, and maybe she'll also have turned out to be cooler than you thought. 3 months well spent, with a chance of even higher worth.

I've figured out the two obstacles in this.

1. I've never dealt with a girl like this. All the girls I've hooked up with, I had known them for a while and we were comfortable around each other.
