take a look at yourself in the mirror. if you see something you dont like, fix it. run more. workout more. whatever. don't rush though. no hurry. Any insecurity you have, a woman will have it 10 times worse. women are rarely satisfied with their bodies, even the hot ones. so yeah, work out but don't wait for a better body to start trying to pick up. start talking to girls now.
if youve ever worked retail as a cashier or whatever, you know how to talk to girls. talk to them as casually as you would to any customer you were ringing up a big mac for. there is nothing special about voice, tone, or style of talking necessary. speak clearly, slowly, and calmly. this is key. a lot of people try to talk differently and end up sounding blatantly fake.
have a plan, no matter how shitty. dont pick a girl up and ask her where she wants to go, even if you want her to decide. suggest a place, and then ask for her suggestion. this is basic alpha male stuff. most women would rather be followers than leaders at a subconscious level. always know what you want to do, dont be demanding though. authoritativeness breeds rebelliousness. simply be confident. relationships led by women always fail faster because they never know what they want.
how do you think of women, really? there's no such thing as a woman out of your league. In all walks of life, women behave under certain principles. these are biological ones and will show themselves in any environment. This doesn't mean realistically go after a female attorney or doctor or CEO. it's just means of not getting intimidated by girls you know.
the more you try, the more chances you have. luck is probability taken personally. don't take rejection personally. there are many products out there, and not all are suited for you.I'll add more later. I believe there are women out there with higher IQs than me, with more money than me, in higher positions of power than me, etc. I don't believe women are intellectually inferior. I do believe though that when you leave the classroom and clock out of work roles change and different rules apply. I REFUSE to go against my experiences and intuition just because it's doesn't satisfy your idealist expectations of reality. Men and women are different. Relationships aren't logical, so no need to try and rationalize. I'm pushing for what WORKS.

Yeah, it's a different game incorporating any knowledge into the realm of action...that doesn't make it difficult though. All you have to do is not give a shit whether you look stupid for a minute or not. Facing the chance of embarrassment/failure is the only way to succeed. This is why shy guys tend to hook up with girls that fail as life forms...they don't have the balls to risk rejection. The sad part of it all, is that they don't risk rejection because deep down, they know they're too much of a pussy to handle rejection.
A wimp of a man isn't any good to himself or others in a relationship. The Bell Curve doesn't say race determines intelligence, just that whites and Asians tend to perform better on IQ tests. Which only says race determines intelligence if you trust IQ tests as an accurate measure of intellect.
Nor am I saying biology determines personalities; I'm just saying that biology performs its task when it comes to mating, and no amount of feminist brain-washing can change that.

First off, it isn't "raw neanderthall biology" it's a well known fact that while men produce large amounts of testosterone, women produce estrogen. Because of this men are naturally stronger. Also, evolutionary biology indicates that because of this, men are more apt to be the hunters. Note that this isn't universal, but it is more prevalent among functional society. Since they're the hunters, they're naturally better at things like spacial relations, basic maths, and other things.
I'm not saying women can't be good at these things. I'm saying men are typically better. I mean, seriously, point out one great female scientist for every great male scientist. The discreptancies are amazing. It's not just sexism, either, because a lot of male scientists actually worked for little to no money (Like Descartes, or Tesla.)
It's not that women are inferior, I'm not saying that. But what I am saying is that you excell in different areas of the mind and body. Think about the nude woman, it looks much better than the nude man. It's in art a lot more, it has a nice figure, you get boobs... come on.

The only sociology reference I was making was about the bell curve.
What attracts certain men to women women to men , men to men, and women to women are all different. Everyone is an individual who has their own personal preferences.

Wow. First of all, there is a HUGE difference between comparing two different races and comparing genders.
Men and women are immensely different. For one thing, we're motivated by different needs, goals, and desires.
If you're not willing to accept scientific evidence, and you aren't able to discern this kind of thing on your own with a little observation combined with some further introspection, then there is really no other way to convince you.

The original post, however, made a complete assumption for an ENTIRE GENDER on personal preferences which are NOT defined by science. If that were true we would all like the same kind of people and all date the same kind and be attracted to the same thing. People are INDIVIDUALS who havent different goals, needs, etc. There are women who want a lot of sex, there are men who don't. There are men who want children, There are women who don't. We don't all fit a mold is all I am saying.
The point is that the VAST majority of us tend to fall into those categories, or at least very close.
And a lot of us are more motivated by our primal urges than we'd like to admit.
