I think gp is right, they found buds that were already harvested in the second house. I doubt they're going to take the time to trim all the buds off the plants in the first house and them weigh them out.

The guy had 150lbs and 2000 mature plants and couldn't pay the mortgage thats very sad. He couldn't sell one stinky 1lb.

Won't hurt the weed economy, at least I doubt it will especially my area. Good for him though.
