I have even heard a friend comment one time that from his experience and those of his friends that meth "wasn't big on euphoria". If you're talking about Ottawa, Ontario there are plenty of people that use m-amp - as with any reasonably sized city in North America so far as I am aware. Everyone freaks out about meth and not coke or ____ because there is a huge anti-meth PSA campaign going on right now [not a coke or ____ campaign] and the majority of people have limited/no personal experience with the stuff so the "Meth not even once" rhetoric sticks.
