When the adderall wears off, you will be dead tired. Start taking small doses of caffeine at regular intervals if you want to stay awake for the next 15-20 hours. Or try to find another substance like ephedrine/pseudophedrine that will keep you awake.

Otherwise, don't be surprised when you get fired for falling asleep in the storage closet.

EDIT: note that even for Adderall Instant release the peak plasma concentrations are at about 3 hours and you wont reach a real elimination half-life until like 11-13 hours after you dose...

Drink a shitload of Orange, Lemon and Lime juice all mixed together. The citric acid can nullify the effects of the Adderall and make you fall asleep, though I doubt it will work with such a high dose.

You won't sleep even after you stop feeling good. Something about those little fuckers prevents you from sleeping off the comedown. That's the reason I only take addy if I have enough to keep me going until the weekend, so I have a good day to sleep.

Drinking all the acid juices you can is a good idea, generally you want to eat/drink everything that will get your body into an acidic digestive mode, it won't help put you to sleep, but it will help you clear your body of the Adderall when you pee. Unless your getting acidic liquids/foods into you your piss won't be taking out much.

Basically flood your body with acidic juices and if you really want to make it go fast down a lot of prune juice, though you will prob have diarrhea for a good day or so from the prune juice.

I Stress again, benzos will help with the comedown and the next night you should take some melatonin at bed.

Ive seen it done before, take a Addy XR and go to sleep within 3 hrs(dont ask me how) but i witnessed that. I use to take them in the morning when i got them for free and id still have troubles getting to sleep 12+ hrs later.

I could go for a nap at any point after taking 30mg XR but then again, I'm on it for a reason and it seems to make me kinda sleepy at this any any lower doses.

Smoking did not help when I snorted adderal and I only did 20mgs. I just smoke d alot more bud.

Smoking weed will just increase your heart rate most likely and I doubt that would be pleasant.

i tested my heart rate to find it was rediculously fast, i dont remember the number, but it was upwards of 150. then tested it the next morning, at around 7, it was around 100, then at the end of that day, and it was around 55 (normal for me).

I once made the mistake of taking a concerta at 5 PM one day before a jazz band practice, still had trouble falling asleep until 3 AM THE NEXT DAY. It was fucking Hell! I just laid in bed wanting to die all night, not being able to sleep, yet with not enough solid energy to do anything else. The next day wasn't so bad though it was almost as if I still had my "natural" energy left after the concerta energy wore off, if that makes sense.
