Ya, alot of people a big part of their life is festivals and when people come there for the wrong reason (to just get drugs), you take away from the vibe of people who are there for the fun and music. I go to a festival called schwagstock, the first few times i went it was mainly just hippies, now its overrun by drug crazed kids who steal a bunch of shit.
