 advice for Ultram users
Ultram--generic name tramadol--is one of the most widely prescribed opioid pain-killers on the market, mainly because it has fewer euphoric side effects than say, oxy or perks.
Due to chronic pain from arthritis and/or ME/CFIS, I have a scrip for the stuff, and quickly found out that it can constipate the shit out of you--um, let me rephrase that. It tends to be very constipating.
The way to avoid that is to take it on an empty stomach along with soem stool softener-type laxative; drink a LOT of water, like two or three liters over the next three hours--and when you do eat, eat stuff with lots of fibre--chili, for instance.

im glad you have such good bowel movements, but do you think any of us give a flying fuck about how to get yourself to shit better on some gross fucking tramadol. if your taking tramadol you deserve to not be able to shit

Alot of people are prescribed Tramadol for pain relief. He isn't taking it to 'git hi'.

dam i took that shit everyday for 2 months, and i was an ass taking 5 or 10 times what i was supposed too. never noticed any constipation. suboxone tho, you cant shit for your life. or piss for that matter.
