Really the two spoon method works pretty great. Another one that I like is to fold a piece of paper in half and crease it so the beads wont fall out when you put them in, then close it and run a spoon over the paper on top of the beads. Open it up a few times and center the crushed powder/beads and repeat until it's all a powder.

this is what I do every time, except i usually use a bic lighter. they work really well and don't rip the paper when you crush the beads. this way they don't pop everywhere, and you have it all contained in the paper. makes it easier to snort too, if that's what you like to do.

sometimes when I don't want to feel it all day I crush them and take it orally. helps me be able to still fall asleep at night and stuff.

ironically this got my script taken, as my doctor found out I'd been crushing them and thought I was snorting it to "get high."

I barely ever snorted adderall. I just didn't like the time release, but he wouldn't believe me:( I don't see why he wouldn't just give me non XR...

Here's what I do. Find a coffee mug with a concave (sunk in) bottom. Pour beads in. Cover with thick, glossy paper like the front of a magazine but maybe a little thicker. Use the butt end of a screwdriver to crush the beads. You should hear them pop and crack. Once in a while lift up the paper to see if all the beads are crushed. Then scrape it up and enjoy. I find that this method always yields fluffy powder and the concave shape of the mug keeps the beads in one place.

^ with that since they are tiny balls won't they like shoot out when your grinding them? They seem very reactive to light pressure in the sense of jumping everywhere, which is why I thought of doing the paper thing.
