Yo how long does it take MJ seeds to sprout in a wet paper towel?

I started getting small sprouts coming out of mine in 3 days.

is there any fertilizer i should be adding?

You should read up on growing techniques before you grow. But you don't need fertilizer to sprout them. I just make sure the paper towel is staying moist and set it on my window cell.

Paper towels can damage the roots when you remove them. Also there's a grow thread for these topics.
