I've taken 104 mg of concerta today, and I have 4 mg of kolonopins and 4 mg of xanax, I know I've mixed them before but I can't remember what it was like? Is this combination ok? I figured I'd take these to take the edge off, strangely enough even though concertas speed me they make me feel drowsy in a way..hard to explain.

I'm just going to have to say it sounds like a really bad combo. Mixing uppers and downers like that is bad especially when the upper is Methyphenidate. I'm not going to go too much into explanation but powerful benzos + shitty sketchy stimulate is a bad idea.

If I were you, I'd throw the concerta away and just have a good time with the other stuff. If you actually get something from concerta that isn't miserable (my experience), save it for another time.
