If it's oxycotin I'd say parachute it instead of sniffing it. It feels nicer IMO, but it's not for everyone.

Unless you've done a bunch of opiates / anything that would give you a cross tolerance(don't forget they give you opiates in hospitals. Any recent injuries?).

You could also have a freak natural tolerance. Try a potentiation recipe and at least 30mg.
