I was counseling some summer camp in coastal Oregon two years ago. They offered us free room & board but me and this other counselor would just sleep outside in tents and smoke out. On weekends that we had off, we would go backpacking and we'd meet random small time growers and they would usually hook us up with big bags of foliage for like $5.00 for the entire lot.
