OK so, Ive booked a flight 2 1/2 weeks from now, which I WILL be on.
The flight is to France from U.K and I have an Opiate addiction.

I am on 30mg of Methadone a day, now If i were to follow the normal detox course this would take me 3 MONTHS, (-5mg per 2 weeks)

So, Im gunna have to come down fast in order to enjoy my holiday of 3 months.

Ive ordered myself 100 x 10mg Valium which will help.
I think il just reduce the meth fast then stick out the rest with the Valium.

I predict ppl will call me a pussy "I clucked offf a 150mg Meth habit etc.."

So anyone know how best to detox FAST?

I have note done it with methadone but I have with bupe. You are at a low enough dose(30mgs) where you can jump from mdone to bupe. You just have to wait 24-36 hours preferebly the latter and then switch. take small but steady dose of bupe once daily for 10 days(to change dependency) and then taper.

It took me like 21 days to taper off of bupe but I started at a lowdose of 2 mgs anyway.
I probably could have done it in 10 days but I had enough to last me longer.

do you have take home doses or are you taking it at the clinic?

if you have take homes i would just do as little as possible. Assuming of course that you have the discipline to do 5mg bumbs while you're on the verge of full blown withdrawl. just take as little as possible until you dont need it anymore.

or that might not work at all - i dunno i've never been dependent on opes.

Yea I was 60mg a day and just jumped back on oxy for a few days than only had 20-30mg a day after that. I wasnt sick but I wasnt happy. So just cut it down by 10mg a week.
