i have with me some tramadol 37.5 mg with 325mg paracetamol (dolcet)

i have no opiate tolerance.

i've read that two is a good dose to start with. so how much should i take?

Actually, it really depends on the person. I'm not much of an opiate user but when I had them, I took 300mgs with 10mgs of cyclobenzaprine to get me decent. I did have a little tolerance at the time so my guess would be 150-200mgs as a good starting dosage.

but its really not worth it. just save it and take it to potenate some better drugs.

It is very much worth it, i prefer tramadol over any other opiate except oxy, but a good starting dose is ~150mg then just take more as needed. have fun

infact im on some trams right now for my broken 1st metatarsal/turf toe.

they give you a jittery uppity opiate feeling...not so much with the analgesic effects(itching, numbness to exterior stimulation)(

i'm having a weird twitch at my spine near the base of my neck. i took three and will take more since i'm not feeling anything except a little heat. no euphoria or any other positive effect so far.

should i take some benadryl too?
