I took LSD for the first time last night and was wondering how long it's going to take for any tolerance I might have built up to dissipate. Is it possible for tolerance to build up on the first dose? I took two acid tabs if it helps.

Also was wondering, when I take acid again, for a more intense trip should I take all my hits at once, or spread them out and take one every few hours?

Take them all at once and wait atleast a week between trips. :)

Acid tolerance is there as soon as your feeling the effects basically. Besides 10+ hours of tripping gets pretty demanding when your in a beautiful place and you dont wanna space that out; too taxing.

3 days between doses will let you feel effects but a week is best and 2+ weeks keeps its specialness (at least for me)
